The Project Management team are specialists in the development of restaurants, bars and hotels.
Our role is as the guardian of the project, working as client representative and often co-ordinating a team of experts whilst protecting your brand, maintaining quality and delivering your project to time and budget goals.
Our projects can be solely with a Project Management remit, as our clients have an architect or design team already appointed as well as a network of specialists such as Quantity Surveyors, Engineers and Main contractors.
We can also work with specialists to deliver technical design packages to construction issue, in coordination with international architects and designers, giving a compliant and dimensionally accurate drawing pack for the fit out teams and local approvals.
Kanvass have significant experience of working with London’s top institutional landlords such as Shaftesbury Plc, British Land, Capco and Argent, to deliver programmes within the guidelines set by these premier estates.
