After three decades leading and growing restaurant and bar businesses, Tristram built Kanvass as a trusted partner for owners, investors and brands who want a single, accountable team to guide their projects.

Once issued at the start of the project the timeline should not vary, and our role is to keep this programme on track.
Budget
We understand the total need for control in this area. From the outset we ensure you have a Quantity Surveyor appointed to begin a cost plan, so that the project is designed to a budget.
We have multiple check in points with the Quantity Surveying team to ensure that the project is delivered within your budget.
