The Project Management team are specialists in the development of restaurants, bars and hotels.
Our role is as the guardian of the project protecting your brand, maintaining quality and importantly delivering your project to time and budget goals.
Many of our projects are solely with a Project Management remit as our clients have an architect or design team already appointed. Our unique understanding of the full project process means that we are exceptionally well placed to deliver your project.
As well as co-ordination of the pre, during and post site phases, we can also deliver technical design packages to construction issue in coordination with international architects and designers.
This allows us to delivers a compliant and dimensionally accurate drawing pack for the fit out teams and local approvals requirements.
Kanvass have significant experience of working with London’s top institutional Landlords such as Shaftesbury Plc, British Land, Capco and Argent to deliver programmes within the guidelines set by these premier estates. Our understanding of their requirements and positive working relationship ensure that the project runs smoothly from the outset.

Once we have identified the location we refine our brand position, operational usage and further define the brief to the design team.
Our project management team will then coordinate all the elements of the project lifecycle giving you access to our broad supply chain and an integrated timeline driven process to deliver the project.
The PM team will manage the contractual engagement of the fit out team so they can work in partnership as early as possible to give certainty on budget and save on time to get you open as fast as possible.
