Cost control is critical on every project and the Quantity Surveying team play a vital role in structuring the project approach.

Right from the start we carry out an initial cost plan exercise to ensure that you have adequate budget to complete the project. We then work out a breakdown of costs so that our design is within your budget.

It is a vital discussion to get the initial budget right, making sure that return on investment is achievable and that we balance the expenditure to achieve the customer experience that will drive the revenue.

The role of the Quantity Surveyor throughout the project is as follows:
