Heritage – where Swiss food gets a modern makeover through the use of impeccably sourced luxury ingredients – think lobster fondue and raclette with wagyu bresaola. Add to this a bar serving an impressive selection of contemporary cocktails and an extensive wine list that take you on a journey across The Alps.
The Kanvass remit here was from initial concept to completion with full interior design and project management services with the restaurant opening to a great reception in July 2019.
