Refreshing a Borough Market Icon

Brindisa London Bridge is a hugely successful Tapas restaurant that after opening in 2004 was in need of a refurbishment.

The brief was simple, to increase covers, improve operational efficiency and create a refreshed design look and feel that would be a gentle evolution rather than transformative.

The key here was to listen to the founders, work closely with the operations team and hear the views of their customers to achieve a scheme that would fulfill the brief.

With a quick turnaround on site we were able to deliver a fantastic scheme that delighted customers and made operating this busy location all the easier for the Ops team.
